QUOTE(Sky_xperia @ Sep 30 2012, 01:10 AM) hehe just the way i think, one more thing to ask, most of the people will go for the Super amoled screen from samsung, but i think bravia engine give more beautiful and pure visual, just looking at xperia s and the visual very oustanding, perfect From my opinion, one of the advantage for SuperAmoled is they produce pure Black while Bravia engine couldn't do that, but Bravia engine produce more sharp and detail picture on the screen... and I feel more bright as well...Added on September 30, 2012, 1:14 ambtw can anybody upload the pictures from xperia u hihi QUOTE(yeelin04 @ Sep 30 2012, 01:31 AM) Why ask like this? sounds like you have a surprise for Xperia P user?? I'm going to own this soon... any comment? Added on September 30, 2012, 11:48 am QUOTE(moorish @ Sep 30 2012, 02:26 AM) How much u get for your Xperia P? Can review a bit? QUOTE(moorish @ Sep 30 2012, 06:57 PM) times square 930 Because some of my friends, even phone seller recommend me Galaxy S Advanced... But I see Xperia P is a better choice for that price range... I even go tried Galaxy S Advanced today... not so impressed responsive, good display I find it better than galaxy S plus, only thing I dislike is using micro sim card now i cant share phone (need to buy sim adapter) The camera button is not really responsive, so I use the on screen icon. Only minor complaints...other than that, really value for money, no regret. |

QUOTE(moorish @ Sep 30 2012, 10:54 PM) Original as in if its a real sony phone or original as in sony malaysia warranty? Yeahhhh!!! The Design ROck!!! I think only disadvantage for XP compared to Galaxy S advanced is the battery life....its AP set my phone seller also recommand me galaxy advance but the main reason is 1. resale value 2. sony after sale service not as good as samsung but I still opt for XP coz S advance spec vs XP XP win hands down moreover the XP design is better looking I tried the S Advanced today the screen... cannot match with XP la... |

QUOTE(vostro78 @ Oct 13 2012, 10:36 PM) i think i love back the sony product.... here is my story : More review about XP is welcome last eyar when i get in touch with arc, i was disappointed with the lag and interface..so that time i told my self enough, 1 of the worse unit i ever own... after that i stick to only htc / samsung. recently, dono why why, suddenly would like to try out sony after seeing the failure of htc hardware and complaint due to the manufacturing faulty... and after using one x and s3.... i feel like why don gv a try to sony since i already gv 2nd chances to htc also ... so for the past 2 week i was targeting on xperis p / s / acro s / ion...as my min requirement was 16gb storage and 1gb ram so it can b upgrade to jb in future. after think deeply... i think i will go and get a 2nd hand set xperia p due to this is the cheapest and safest investment... and here it is. got the unit this afternoon. whole afternoon was jsut some simple browsing and check setting, until just now when i want to type some message / makes a call, i was like...eh...the way it works was like htc..... it go pinch to zoom, the smart dialing level as equal as htc and better then samsung s3... immediately i makes my own conclusion that i found htc replacment unit. will spend few more days to explore the pro and cos. suddenly i am wondering.... if i go for ion, will the camera perform on par with htc one x? i like the s3 and 1x 0 shuffer lag when capture camera...and the quality is better then p, that is of cos one as p was only mideange, so i am wondering now how ion / arco s / s perform compare with 1x. Pssst! I'm getting one next week... would like to hear more! |

QUOTE(ninehneh @ Oct 18 2012, 03:07 PM) agreed, but also have to look at the logics.. the screen is realistically 4X brighter that normal phones. so pushing it at a standard setting (like the gsmarena test) skews the results. (i.e. a 1/4 setting is already equal to at least 1/2 or more on standard phones like SGS2). I'm going to get this device soon... but i have a concerns about this, Setting the display to low brightness(Like u guys say 1/4) will help save the juice or just set it to automatic power saver mode? It's like saying, i bought a 3.0 engine car, and then complain that it drinks petrol like water compared to a 1.0 car. Just my 2 cents. |

Hey guys, I'm wondering if Xperia P comes with hard glass like gorilla glass which help to shatterproof and scratch-proof?
How you guys deal with the protection of the screen? Add another layer of screen protector on the phone after purchase? Or do I really need addtional screen protector?
