helo wish to get an xperia u soon, just wonder from most of the latest xperia nxt generation, is this phone reliable based on price and perfomance, and my budget only for mid range price

hehe just the way i think, one more thing to ask, most of the people will go for the Super amoled screen from samsung, but i think bravia engine give more beautiful and pure visual, just looking at xperia s and the visual very oustanding, perfect

responsive, good display I find it better than galaxy S plus, only thing I dislike is using micro sim card now i cant share phone (need to buy sim adapter)

The camera button is not really responsive, so I use the on screen icon.

Only minor complaints...other than that, really value for money, no regret.

my phone seller also recommand me galaxy advance but the main reason is
1. resale value
2. sony after sale service not as good as samsung

but I still opt for XP coz S advance spec vs XP
XP win hands down

moreover the XP design is better looking

yeah i think that makes sense, xperia P from the design is so sleek and far away better that galaxy s advanced, btw, maybe im stil thinking between xpu and xp

i think i love back the sony product.... here is my story :
last eyar when i get in touch with arc, i was disappointed with the lag and interface..so that time i told my self enough, 1 of the worse unit i ever own... after that i stick to only htc / samsung.

recently, dono why why, suddenly would like to try out sony after seeing the failure of htc hardware and complaint due to the manufacturing faulty... and after using one x and s3.... i feel like why don gv a try to sony since i already gv 2nd chances to htc also ...

so for the past 2 week i was targeting on xperis p / s / acro s / ion...as my min requirement was 16gb storage and 1gb ram so it can b upgrade to jb in future.

after think deeply... i think i will go and get a 2nd hand set xperia p due to this is the cheapest and safest investment... and here it is. got the unit this afternoon.

whole afternoon was jsut some simple browsing and check setting, until just now when i want to type some message / makes a call, i was like...eh...the way it works was like htc..... it go pinch to zoom, the smart dialing level as equal as htc and better then samsung s3... immediately i makes my own conclusion that i found htc replacment unit.

will spend few more days to explore the pro and cos.
suddenly i am wondering.... if i go for ion, will the camera perform on par with htc one x? i like the s3 and 1x 0 shuffer lag when capture camera...and the quality is better then p, that is of cos one as p was only mideange, so i am wondering now how ion / arco s / s perform compare with 1x.

agreed, but also have to look at the logics.. the screen is realistically 4X brighter that normal phones. so pushing it at a standard setting (like the gsmarena test) skews the results. (i.e. a 1/4 setting is already equal to at least 1/2 or more on standard phones like SGS2).

It's like saying, i bought a 3.0 engine car, and then complain that it drinks petrol like water compared to a 1.0 car. Just my 2 cents.
