It will be screen replacement. Usually no reason for them to change the motherboard.
But screen degradation is because your brightness is too high and the top is the status bar. |

Singing K is expensive, especially for evening/night times.
Don't sing, but the last time I went, about 2 years back, cost me at least RM50 for about 3h. |

Good value on Maxis's part.
Just manage your consumption well and you'll be good. |

Thanks to the help and advice I've got here. Yes normal, as long as its not stock its there. One question though, is it normal for a yellow triangle appeared at model logo bootscreen? |

QUOTE(ellimist @ Mar 1 2012, 01:52 PM) Yeah. But Digi after quota slows you down to ridiculous speeds, might as well don't use. Digi cannot compare to maxis's speed and coverage.Personally I'm on the 68 bucks plan. And for extra 7 bucks a month, I won't mind. To me, even if they didn't give 3.5gb but 3gb, I would still consider it worth it based on their superior coverage. Waiting for digi to respond My friend and his company all hopped over to digi, because maxis charged him for overseas roaming data. So he got pissed and switched to digi, only to suffer from extremely poor reception and turn in your grave surfing speed. ROFL... On a side note, you can always install some app that helps you monitor your data usage. And cut off your connectivity before u renew and add some quota. And RM5 for 500mb is a real good deal. Considering how much data was initially. |

5kb/s?! That's pathetic, its as good as telling you no need to use.
For the contract term, can you offset it by getting a phone then selling it to a buyer? Then the buyer pays u a small fee extra to cover your time and the contract. Or you can get another sgs2. rofl |

I get abt 7mbps at home H+, maxis.
Though I think the modem isn't really going at 100% Because I should be able to get 20mbps at home using other devices. But anyway, i guess its a battery life/signal-data transfer tradeoff. |

Anyway, in my office, all signal is poor due to:
1) industrial area, so telco tower not very common, a lot of highly flammable areas in this industrial area 2) my building all windows got tinting film, I think this causes signal degradation 3) building design? Relatively level land, but office block is only 1 story, while nearby got a lot of 'highrise' factory stacks Unless i stand outside i get good signal But then again, if I stand outside I can get ~4mbps download. Back home constantly 6+mbps no problem. Weekday early morning/evenings/night and weekends. |
