All the benefits are already stated by the buyers. It is not functional as a family home as the volume do not translate into usable space.

Reed and Reflexion has many similarities, both leasehold, g&g and has similar build up. They are the closest if you want to compare apple to apple.

Lake Edge is higher end than Lake Field as Lake Edge is meant to be a full g&g enclave, with full clubhouse facilities.

All 100 units with pools or only 28 units with pools? I saw the ad says 28 villas with 28 pools.....so maybe the others are normal type.
