QUOTE(revolnia @ Mar 29 2012, 11:51 PM)
guys. I'm going to service my car (1000km) this weekend.

my car got several problems such as:
- radio not clear (signal weak maybe?) the reception seems to be sucks.
- my door panel (left and right) macam tak kemas and when i drove my car, got sound like *bergegar*. It's so annoying.
- my steering wheel not align but the car seems can go straight without no problem.

I live at Kelana Jaya. I saw a lot of perodua service center by using the GPS.  So any recommended (good workmanship, no tipu tipu) Perodua Service Center? Hehe. Thanks smile.gif
*
1) frm day 1 our new 2nd gen radio reception is quite sux!
2) this door rattling can b fixed though by learning the tricks frm our own Dr Myvi (pls go to fb & join us at tmr, 3rd TT)!
3) mine too was the same!

So, 1 & 2 you can bring up to SC but the alignment problem is arguable as they can claim P2 is not liable for alignment matters:)...Since you're staying in Kelana areas, why not you go to P2 SC in Tmn Bahagia, next to the lrt station...my 1st service was done there but prepare to wait for 2hrs minimum yah:)

Hi plan to install 2 tweeters on the front WITHOUT removing the stock 4 speakers to improve sound quality. Any good brands can recommend? Currently driving myvi SE 1.5 comes with navi system. Would there be a lot of wire cuttings and pulling where would they install the tweeter? Would it affect the navi system or void warranty? If so any other ways to improve without altering the original stock speakers? Thanks a bunch
*
bro, dont waste money on enhancing the oem paper cone speakers shakehead.gif ...want to upgrade, upgrade all tongue.gif ...if scare warranty void, then keep it standard brows.gif

i dunno.the seller(mayalab) said the oil filter can last to 24000km when tag along with amsoil fully syn oil.i just try.RM48/pc
*
wow, 24k km seems like a heavy duty oil filter already...well, hope someone have tried it then can shed some light on this claim, otherwise a good change of the oil filter is 10k (practising 2 interval oil change period) is normally being practised:)

It is norm to feel that it is bumpier than the sedan cars. If that's your concern, changing from 14" to 15" will make it worst as you will be using a lower profile tyres for the 15"
*
Not exactly will become worst bro, very much depend on the tyre size using tongue.gif ...mine in 185/55/15 feels awesome, soothing, smooth & comfort like icon_idea.gif

Cool... What's the average price for rims and tyres? I've to do some calculation first. tongue.gif

aiyooo bro doh.gif , this qestion of yrs very mind boggling lah, you have choices like trade-in lah, buy new lah, if trade-in then have to look at yr existing rims+tyre condtion lah, then there's countless of tyre+rims brands lah, rim sizes lah, low profile to high profile, rain slick tyres, narrow or wide tread.......huh! so many details but normally, we just drop-in look-see, look-see then ask-ask then deal loh if ok tongue.gif
