where did u get such a big shelf? IKEA? because i remember normal furniture shop shelf slots are really small and not as wide as the ones u have

Bro, I dont know how u manage to clean all the dust out but =,= damn.. I also use the 3-tier shelves.. but keep accumulating dust .. u clean it every weekend?

the same prob i have...my gundams once clean collect dust after a week...=="..i cleaned on CNY..now adi dusty..lol

Talking bout cabinet, i would like to share my idea...

Ikea Detolf is a budget choice, it is nice and cheap... RM179 for 1 set but to save cost u have to carry it back urself (Ikea charges RM60-80 within klang valley i think). Very heavy, and u need a big car to carry the box. (Wira, persona, gen2 size above will do)

Gundam will be 90% dust-free, the only place u need to clean is the top of cabinet only



Another type is big glass display cabinet. This type i can say 95% dust-free. Cost a lot, but nice to put in living hall.....

same with Detolf, u need to clean the top only... Good for ppl like me that lazy to do cleaning work...

i never liked ikea detolf cabinet bcos its not stable . one small bump the entire thing shakes and everything falls apart ( the things inside la)

i wonder...and i believe this was discussed before.....would toy collectors pay for professionally designed and custom made cabinet ?

for me i got 1 Detolf, but not enuf, so place on top of the Detolf, on top bookshelfs, on top wardrobe, n on top table shelf 

I wish I can put even a detolf in my room but alas the size is kinda big for my room.

my solution is via drilling hole and assembling planks. of course it will get dusty, but thats okay, i get to play with them

I think the only difference with Genoace Custom is that it not all white and don't have the bayonet on the gun.

eh ? some MG ( cant recall which - was it strike...) does have their thigh armour exposed when their legs bend. Not only RG can do this.

i agree RG have better articulation and posability.....not forgeting better chance of breaking parts...heheheh..... one day la...i will try MG....quite keen to test our RG freedom and strike

Robot Damashi is a relatively new line of action figures that replaces the old MSIA line.

The scale of RD is quite variable. Some of them are approximately the same height as 1/144, but generally they are slightly shorter and have weird-looking proportions. Given that it's a ready-made toy, the paintjob on the kits can vary from kit to kit but the good thing is that it's more durable than gunpla (it's a toy after all!)

I personally won't spend money on RDs... For me the process of assembling gunpla is much more fun than the end product. Plus RDs are more expensive and not necessarily better than HGs, especially HGUCs of recent years which often have intricate details.
