guys how much ram is your device left?

mine 548mb/766mb  ... i feel the tab 7.7 is slow 

I have one extra Kingmax 16GB Class 10 MicroSD...RM70. PM me if anyone interested. Class 10 would be excellent and superfast for the Tab 7.7.

Ahh i see.....that 30mb/s is the read speed. The write speed is only like a class 6 speed. There's a review where the speed test for the ultra mobile clocked a read speed of 18mb/s and write speed of 6.6mb/s. The max read speed varies for each device.

Usually user will go for a higher write speed coz it would be noticable when you transfer a file from ur PC to ur mobile and vice versa. Higher write speed reduce the time taken to transfer a large file size. As for the read speed it's hard to see the difference in the real world i.e watching a movie or listening to a music. Well its all about user preference whether they want higher read speed or a higher write speed.

My class 10 write speed is 15.2mb/s while the read speed is 18.2mb/s..

U guys store a lot of music n videos inside your tab..me install a lot of games n the 16gb still have a lot of space...currently no need xtra storge...

I beg to differ. I sold off my ipad 2 after I bought the tab 7.7
My ipad 2 was gathering dust few months when I bought my G Note
And you cannot compare UI smoothness as ipad does not have widgets on screen - the UI smoothness is decieving as overall is a poorer performer than the 7.7. I have also used the ipad before and is even worse than ipad2
Dump in widgets capability on ipad OS and you will see a not so smooth UI

happen to me several times..but with wifi on la..

yesterday i was at Best Buy retail shop at NYC. was actually looking for Kindle / Nook reader. but came across of variety of tablets of all kinds, include the new iPad. so i spend about an hours to play around with the demo sets. at the end, i said to myself gladly, "i made the right choice".. well, there are Sony's, Motorola, Asus's, Apple's and some more local US branded tablets, i just found my tab 7.7 is superior to all of them.

well, lets talk about the common rivals: the Asus Prime and the new iPad.

Asus Prime: tho i was exaggerated about it prior to its launch, and was dying waiting for.. then was turned away by the issues of weak wifi and GPS signals. but when i have a chance to put my hands on it yesterday, i was, ermmm ok.. it does not impress me at all.. and, maybe i used to tab 7.7 for quite some time already, but Asus Prime is noticeably heavy on my hands. the design, although for me it was suppose to be attractive before, was really dull when i had in on hands.

The New iPad: LOL. is it thicker (noticeable), and the so called RETINA DISPLAY does not stands out to my eyes. at first, i did not expect Best Buy is selling the new ipad already. so, there were 2 ipads on the shelve, one white, and the other black.. i went there, and flip flap the screen and do some browsing on both, with in my minds they are ipad 2.. suddenly, a worker come to me and said "how do u like the new ipad?". i was shocked asked him, which is the new ipad? he said, it is the white color one, and the black one is ipad 2. then i was LOL. they looks exactly the same. and i did not notice the differences on the display at first, until i was told and i look closer. yes, if u look closer, the new ipad have a better display, sharp edges on every images. but, for practical and normal usage, it does not outperform ipad 2 at all. for me, if i already having an ipad 2, it WORTHLESS to upgrade to the new ipad.

for other tablets, i dont need to say anything. Tab 7.7 is totally a winner. portability, display, battery life, functions, camera, expandable memory.

but Best Buy did not having tab 7.7 at their display. i wonder if it already on sale here in US. i even couldn't find any of its accessory yet.

so, for all users here, be happy and appreciate your tab. we are having the BEST!

if me, the beauty of the screen, the battery life, smoothness of the os, quality build of the body, super slim body.etc etc already make me choose 7.7.. but like other say, if u think GT7+ is good enough, then u better don't look at 7.7..the first eyes look at the screen, i only can say beautiful colour.. but some ppl claim that it is not natural any more.. so depend how ppl like it... battery life? normal usage can last me like 2 days..this is the longest battery life which i ever used for an android device..  watching movie at night after off the light, really superb with super amoled screen.. better go test both device then see which one u like more before u decide.. i din regret to choose 7.7 compare to other tab..cos i mostly use it to watch movie, surfing and check mail..so screen is important to me

In conclusion, I'm sad. Why don't i start a petition and everybody signs it up? Later we post it in samsung unives.

Same as urs but my battery can only last 1 day...charged at night...by 5-6 pm already 30% left....
