Noticed that your spots are blue in color...
i thought dead pixels are supposed to be black color?
Remembered that i read somewhere there is a difference between dead pixels (black) and stuck pixels
i think the freezing method only works for dead pixels (lack of power to the pixel)
whereas wiki suggest that stuck pixels could recover over time, months or even years...

it's under wifi sleep policy. (wifi setting > advanced > wifi sleep policy)
set it to "never" then it will never turn off your wifi.

it might be because you turn off your mobile data and depend on wifi.
once your wifi is off, you have nothing.
