mine defy plus has a problem..
~there wasnt any respond toward screen touch even after restart many times..
~ive done the clean temporary cache method before startup, doesnt work also..


any other suggestion plss...dun want to format it yet.

*it got avast av also, but no respond..n the screen wasnt freeze, just wont respond toward touch screen n button

problem solved..ive just remove the memory card and use the reset to the factory setting

better check which apps did hog ur battery..
