Canon MP198 problem with E3

hi all, i'm having this E3 error coming out from the printer since yesterday.. duno what to do already since i already reset the printer by using this method..
1. Start with printer OFF 2. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER 3. Release RESUME 4. press RESUME twice, then release POWER 5. let green light blink until printhead has finished moving.
by the way this printer is on CISS..

do u pull the power cord after reset? pull power cord for 1-2 minute n see what happen after that

E3 seems like physical jam to me. You may need to open the printer up (as in like when changing ink, do not dismantle the printer!) and remove whatever is causing the jam. Maybe paper jam? Or a paperclip fell in?

E3 = feeder/paper jam. (correct me if im wrong)
if its making feeding paper noise. try put a thick paper, manila card on it. if it goes in, it might clear the jam/paper path.
