Hmm...

Considering getting a unit.
The price is good.

I'm not too worried about soil erosion.

Price seems too inflated on iproperty.com
I see prices up to RM 330,000, wow.

Last time i saw price for same sized units at 190k.
Perhaps the price are inflated due to MRT.

I am looking to buy a unit, but budgeting around RM 200,000.

Any idea how is the process to check transacted prices?
I heard that there is a pejabat that i can go pay to see the recent transac prices.

if you search for propwall , you will notice they have a chart on the average selling prices for the units there and they show no improvement since 08/2015

The MRT will be up in Taman Suntex Q3 of 2017.
That could help prop up the price somewhat. Also will be better for rental.
