Price seems too inflated on iproperty.com
I see prices up to RM 330,000, wow. Last time i saw price for same sized units at 190k. Perhaps the price are inflated due to MRT. I am looking to buy a unit, but budgeting around RM 200,000. Any idea how is the process to check transacted prices? I heard that there is a pejabat that i can go pay to see the recent transac prices. |
