I'm writing in on this. My family owns a unit here(forgot whichtower). My dad is an architect who was somehow involved with the project. When I asked him about all the issues surrounding the project.

1. Foreigners
2. Soil erosion
3. Value

He had this to say:

1. It's plenty better now because the new management has places limitations on who can stay in the condo.
2. The entire project has been built on a giant granite boulder. Apparently unless the entire hill roll away, the buildings won't budge because they are sitting on a "tray" on top of the boulder. He says it's safe. I generally trust my dad professionally.
3. Value will go up sooner or later.
