Who ask u ILLEGAL parking, or even speeding..... ??? If you park nicely, and not above speed limit, they cant do anything to you....

So if you break the law, be prepared to PAY for it.... its either saman or kopi... u choose... u still pay for the crime....

Just dont blame these ppl as you were in the wrong in the first place.....

PRU13 = Pilihan Raya Utama 13 = Malaysian 13th General Election.... must be held BEFORE 7th October 2013... five years after PRU12 (which held on the 8th October 2008)....

Usually the PRU/GE are held way before the "expiry date" as there are a few processes involved (PM requests Agong for dissolution of parliament, naming of candidates, campaign period, voting day, vote counting, election of PM, PM names parliament, and swearing of cabinet ministers and state officers to the agong and sultan respectively)....

And the PRU involves State (Dewan Undangan Negeri - DUN, thus the elected rep is know as ADUN. Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri) level and National Level (Dewan Rakyat)....
