Download the modded inf from laptopvideo2go.com forum, then replace the original inf (the folder which nvidia driver extract) then run the extracted installer again.

There is, use a HDD caddy.

Basic guideline is take out the dvd drive, remove the dvd drive faceplate, attach it to the hdd caddy, slide it into the notebook.
Appearance, should remain similar like having dvd drive, unless if the hdd caddy is longer..

Most of the explorer.exe not responding, the log always point to Asus Web Storage in these Asus thread..

Garage sales should have some seller..

What's the price you got for both notebook ?

You keep the program running during gaming and alt+tab to screenshot?

^open Power4Gear, change the same settings there. It overwrite the Windows settings.

Nothing more, pretty much should be power 4 gear interfering with that, unless you got install other software that have something similar function..
or go to MSConfig and disable Power 4 Gear from startup.

Got come out Windows logo or nothing?
Can go through safe mode ?

Can enter inside the BIOS?
try change to default settings?
Is there any sd card plugged in ?

If you are really concern about it, you can just reinstall Power 4 Gear, it should install back the schedule..

or you mean you are connecting to external display and when you close the lid, the cursor move it self ?
