aiyoh!! I dare not sleeping at the airport ler!! I rather pay for taxi for my early morning flight than sleeping at the airport. I asked Namsan GH to arrange our taxi to the airport at 430am for our 7am Seou/Jeju flight. Cost us KRW70,000.

I think morning train start at 5am. But not sure about airport bus. None of my friend have ever try early morning airport bus.

ur evening flight what time? mine also evening, but i consider still cheap lah haha.

estimate how much cash need to bring? currently i got 500k won. 7days...hotel also havent pay yet

We stayed in Chungmuro, taxi fare from our place to Gimpo Airport is 35,000won which receptionist had arranged for us. 
For those going to Jeju, we had a wonderful stay at Tae Gong Gak Inn & Guesthouse. Highly recommended.

Now that you've mentioned it, Seogwipo is indeed very dark at night, basically everywhere also dark, except Jeju CITY (near airport) I think. However, we rented a car and we had no problem commuting around.
And afterall, most of the attractions is in/near Seogwipo area.

No, both nights we returned and reached at around 10~11pm.
Drive safe and slow! We went to those sightseeing places in the day, and museums at night.

Seogwipo area is near with those attraction places, but is truth driving at night is dark and lot of corners around the hills road...make sure somebody is talking to the driver otherwise sure sleepy while driving...is quite tired to drive whole day...

Added on December 14, 2012, 2:29 pmYou'll be surprised how safe it was to drive in Jeju. The only thing that I think is dangerous driving across Mt Halla because not enough lighting. But if there's an oncoming car, you can see them straight away because of the high beam. Unless if you are local, you know your short cut from Jeju to Seogwipo, basically, Mt Halla tunnel is the only.

Aku 25 la, gaji bulanan rm900 so ingat bulan june ni nak pergi, tapi ayah aku sibuk nak pergi bukit tinggi indonesia.  Katanya nak melawat kg moyang aku. So tu aku tgh fikir2 ni xD

For me, I like this kind of show. Jump, Nanta. But for some people this kind of show is nothing. But I like it. Worth every cent I pay. 

BTW, since u arrive late afternoon in Seoul, I advise u to stay 1 nite in Seoul first. Head to Jeju the next day. You can't do really much when you arrive Jeju at nite. Nothing to see. Most places of interest close at 6pm. 

You do the calcutlation. Arrive Seoul at 420pm (assuming your flight not delay. Typical AA will delay so don't take the risk of taking a connecting flight on the same day). The earliest flight u can take from Jeju is at 8-9pm. Arrive Jeju around 9-10pm. Can't do or see anything. Whereas if you arrive Seoul at 420pm, you can still go to Namsan Tower, Dongdaemun or the stream. I forgot the name if the stream. Very beautiful at nite.

Jeju also got Nanta & Jump but limited schedule unlike Seoul.

I rent a car with insurance. Better safe than sorry. We are driving in foreign land with different side hand side to drive.
