any centerlize software that support amd chipset?

some kind of i-pad system for intel chipset motherboard!!! we juz update any patch file in the main server then when other client pc no need updated for those patch... or any changes if make by the client if also will go in to the server.

any software that allow download but can't run after u download... for example we download the exe file from the web but after download, we can't run or install it. any recommendation


anybody can help me for this...or doing any changes in the router setting
