dl ccleaner clean all the cache or unnecessary content,
dl smart defrag to schedule a defrag,
tat shud b enuf to boost up ur pc speed.

TuneUp Utilities is good for cleaning the cache and free up disk space. It have lots of function such as defrag, registry cleaner, 1-click maintenance, etc. I'm using TuneUp Utilities and CCleaner.
