Hey guys, was thinking of getting only one optimus prime transformer as a collection but i do not know which to choice from, so far i know there are 4 types which is MP1, MP2, THS01 and THS02.

May i know what's the difference?
Y do they wanna have 4 types of optimus prime?
Which one do u guys think I should get.
And also what's the retail price of one of those.

btw, what does die-cast means?

final question, when i was small, i remember there's a robot in transformer whereby it could transform into 7 different type of stuff. What's that robot name again?

Thx in advance

thanks for the info. I was going to get the THS-02 until after i really analyzed that fig. Found out that the fig is a little bit out out of shape (head too small, body too big, forearm too bulky, and the legs a little too thin) whereas the MP01 looks pretty symmetry. The only thing i like about the THS-02 is it comes with a trailer and it cost less than a MP-01. Btw, may i know how much does a MP-01 and MP-02 usually cost? for both takara and hasbro version? And what's the different between MP and THS? Does it represent optimus prime from different transformer series or just a model number indicating the size difference?
Anyway, I heard that they are going to reissue the MP-01 right?

I'll choose the THS02 - It has great articulations for its size. XL just released it for RM198++
For MP1 and MP2, they will cost you a bomb and its quite hard to find nowadays

die-cast = metal parts included

There was one that could transform into 6 modes - the Decepticons's SIXSHOT.  I dont remember anyone that could change into 7 modes actually.

Yap, that's the transformer I was looking for when i was young. It looks so much more cooler back then.

if u see around well bout megatron toys
i can say this is the best so far
just look at his head n hand
is almost completely as same as the G1 we watched

the leg
i think is damn fine
dun compare with cartoons man, tat drag u down as a fool when comparing a real toy with the 2d drawing

First of all, this is not the best megatron i've ever seen. Seen better non-transformable megatron. Secondly, I'm talking about proportion (u do not need to watch the cartoon to know its way out of proportion). Thirdly, base on the statement that u made (do not campare it to the actual megatron drawing), any robot that could transform into a gun could be megatron. Who's the fool now?

It's nice to make megatron to transform into a gun as accurate as possible but to compromising its looks at robot form is not a good decision. Come on, majority would most probably display it at robot form.
