My DS Line Attenuation went from 46 to 52 yesterday, and i did some test.

When my phone ring (some1 call in) the DS Margin will drop to 15 and my line will stuck. I did try the speedometer test, it was running smoothly until i try to call my line with my hp and the test was "stuck, stuck ..." .

So, what can i do ? coz i always plays and host dota and counter-strike, when some1 call in, the players complains delay and spike lag, but my line did not dc .. It is just like, if some1 call in my line, The connection will be interfere and Spike Lag.

my connection now keep disconnection(cant even pass 5 minutes) after some sohai technician come over today morning dunno adjust what ....yesterday still ok.....

i have this frequent disconnection few days ago  T_T
i phoned to tm they say line is ok though
as i check thru their troubleshooting
it say frequent disconnection might because of
modem went wrong or some other factors.
can someone determine whether is da modem or da line problem? =/

yea. complained. 
after report first call,
they said technican already called me,
talked to me , and said i told them is ok while i didnt receive any call from them.
sad =/

Added on June 16, 2008, 9:14 pmJust call technician, they said it's a random number for SNR margin. Ask me to disable firewall, delete cookies, and set DNS ( How to set it? )

The solution is I need to reset modem until I get the good DownStream and Upstream for SNR Margin ... sometimes got 11, sometimes got 21, and sometimes got 7 .. like playing lottery ..

So, the operator lie to me?

dlink router modem too hot....case open....maybe can hold the signal to around 10-15........

Subscribing 1 mbps TMnet Streamyx and currently facing "regular" disconnection. I want to know why because as far as I can tell, my connection status is good (hell I get 3x Ds rate, COME ON?!?!?!?) so what gives here?

Anyone can enlighten me as to why my connection is so shitty right now?

Is there anyone here have the 1.5 mbps on copper, but have SNR Margin above 15?

So, how's your line attenuation and SNR Margin? Perhaps, you can give an average number you always get  ..

Your SNR margin is good, I wonder what range your home and the nearest exchange? 

I did rewired the internal phoneline... but disconnections still happening...
I request the tm technician to change the wire from the pole to my house but the technician told me tht the wire no nid to change bcoz is a vry lasting copper wire ( my house got 30 years ad )...
