Whoa, I think your problem only happen if someone uses the phone?
What happened if you do straight connection to the wall socket?

With this speed, you need to make a report, because the speed is lower than the advertised 70%.

Make a report at TMNet, telling them that you have SNR problem. Only they can solve it for you.

Do not log in into your wireless router web config, you need to log in into your aztech modem web config to see your SNR value.
