QUOTE(turbocharged @ Feb 15 2012, 10:12 AM) local car at higher price, very hard la. also for those ppl like me driving a 12 year old waja to change.u see, inspira which is a lancer, cannot pwn honda city and vios!! imagine that. a lancer cannot pwn city and vios. this turbo car....well....its not going to lure the vios and city buyer. its for persona/gen2/saga owner to upgrade. and frankly speaking, the first turbo mass prod car, ppl are sketical. |

QUOTE(cfyong2020 @ Feb 15 2012, 04:25 PM) i have been waiting for a moment, i refuse to get a vios, as it is wasting my money, but i dont want to spend too much on a car. more than 100k.affordability issue. my criteria was to get a Forced inducted car or a Double clutched GB, otherwise CVT will do also. plus as much goodies as possible. looking at this spec, even with inter wifi i say wah lau weh. |

QUOTE(V12Kompressor @ Feb 15 2012, 05:42 PM) Toyota is using the one made by Fuji Heavy Industry (Subaru). Toyota has some shares in FHI. so this brand reliable? wonder do they have any proven track recordHonda not very sure. Also own house developed I guess. BTW, the VT2 and VT3 is a continuation of the original VT1 used in the Mini One CVT and also Rover. Hyundai did toyed with the VT1 but it was dropped in favour for its own house developed 6-speed auto box we can see everywhere now in their Sonata, Tucson and Optima. QUOTE(Blue_Diamond @ Feb 23 2012, 10:18 AM) "It is known that the Tuah will have lots of nifty new features like a photochromatic glass roof that darkens automatically at varying degrees, reverse sensor with camera and adaptive headlights that turn in relation to the steering wheel." Source but this is probably not called tuah, something else. so probably nothing like that, but if it does, i be damned. |

anyway to me the spec list is more important, can, make something like tuah, sell u at RM180k and no airbags, no keyless, no wifi, no reverse camera, old 1970 mitu engine,
like that is something like buying toyota leh kosong car at an expensive price. ya glamour is also important, but if neglect those nice practical features and sacrificing some similarity ik think it is worth is, like some of us said, can when the led blows, to change the entire set cost u 3k, in the end u still kgrumble what, why proton wanna sell expensive car, i cannot afford the spare parts Added on February 23, 2012, 4:49 pm QUOTE(Jazz6218 @ Feb 23 2012, 04:33 PM) then u should buy honda jazz, nicer looking backThis post has been edited by sonyman: Feb 23 2012, 04:49 PM |

QUOTE(Vannus @ Feb 23 2012, 08:31 PM) Specs is 1 thing, design is another thing, proton are far way to go before we can see our belove country car maker reach the level of forte, avante, civic, city, k5 don't want say cause out from class, but personally i think myvi new design is up to the par of world competition level. myvi looks like daihatsu models? any design? design by perodua for daihatsu, yeah..!!! |

QUOTE(Vannus @ Feb 23 2012, 08:46 PM) I personally doesn't like vios rear design and it's overprice for an empty box. But I think proton should straight launch Tuah original design, when I first look at it, my impression, yeah this is really not bad. But when I look at the one they launching, totally 1 glance that's it, and my heart fill with hatred how come our country car maker can be so bad, and still yet to improve. so what car is nice then? Vios u say suck, maybe City eh? or Kia forte? avante? we wanna know ur taste ? i personally love Fords kinetic designs.but i am impress with this P321A and probably when it comes maybe with proper finance situation, i will probably get one, Added on February 23, 2012, 9:27 pm QUOTE(ruffstuff @ Feb 23 2012, 07:27 PM) White P3-21A caught at night.
