there's also the javelin which is a N7 class weapon
nice damage, but you gotta hold down the trigger for about half a sec before it fires.

^not if you're cloaked as an infiltrator. the damage's actually pretty decent. but yeah i didnt like it as well, which is why i'm still sticking to my widow even though i have both the black widow and the javelin |

it fires like the widow. one shot then you need to reload. but that half a sec before it fires you need to get used to. :s

try this if you want fun:
asari adept with a widow: stasis followed by a well aimed shot to the head = yum
similarly, batarian sentinel with a sniper rifle, the net works just as well.

but according to the requirements, killing banshees can be done on any map/difficulty right? not just on gold.
