went to the "help" chat and the idiot there told me to come back tomorrow that there isn't any commendation packs to give right now.. the idiot was actually offering me a 15% discount on EA games.. as if i'm a major fan of EA games, apart from ME2/ME3 i don't buy EA games. i'll go back tomorrow and see what will happen

Maybe they can give commendation pack from Overwatch for Broadside. You should try contact them again tomorrow.

I finally got Reegar Carbine..Ffffuuu...

this is the end for me. i cant play mp anymore.

1. store shows nothing, blanks, no packs or anything.
2. cant equip any equipment, options are grey out.
3. cant level up character, after each mission, always reset back to before match.

im screwed. even chat with EA doesnt help.

yup, tried everything except deleting game data.

hurm..never experienced it before..

Try shutting down your PS3 too, i always have problem like you but whenever that happens I just reset PS3 and everything will be back to normal.

If still cannot, try again, exit game, sign out PSN, then sign in back and restart game.
Sometimes need to do more than once.

f still cannot then maybe EA's shitty server fault, just don't delete your precious game data

i think it happens once to me..the store crashes and prompted you to restart right? i have to reset my ps3 twice...but after that, all is good..

Huhu already tried the Live Chat, but the guy (Vinod) said they do not issue the commendation/victory packs anymore , any take on this?

Happened to me before. I had always experienced freeze, maybe 8-9 times from day 1 till now. Luckily, everything ok after it run recovery mode.

How do you force shut down your ps3? If by pulling out the power cable, corrupted data is very likely to occur. Hold down the power button is much safer.


Sorry bro. Like I said before, they can't do anything. You must file a complaint within 1 week after the operation ended. After that time period, they can't issue any commendation pack. So make sure you file a complaint on Thursday or Friday after the operation ended, wait 3-4 days to confirm you does not receive your packs.
