Received call from kuwait finance.

150k : 2.66% : 9 years

just called KFH.. their current rate is 2.67 (or was it 2.79), as of today, before any adjustment with new baserate..

no nego yet..

sounds lower than other banks.. any of you have experienced dealing with KFH? any hidden fees perhaps?

Can anyone help me please.. I am buying bezza advance for 50,800, deposit rm30,800...20k loan for 5years..the perodua agent insist i taken affin bank.. They first offered me 3.39%, the agent later called me said he kawtim with the bank and now they offer 3.33%, but i see the same affin bank offering lower here, i checked maybank they gave me 3.47%, can anyone from ipoh guide me so i can get the right bank with cheaper interest.

okay...i will try public bank tomorrow, problem is my sales agent holding vos document.. When i submit today the maybank banker called him to send the vos, the agent didnt send, he insist me to take affin bank
