Hi all, just want to know interest rate for Hyundai Elantra
1.6.Currently I'm just a student and my dad will pay for this
the car and my mum will be the guarantor.

The scenario
Car 98k-6k(rebate)=92k
Down payment 60k loan 32k for 5 years
Not very strong document to support because mum income
2.8k and Epf is low... Thx in advance

I'm not sure if this has been asked/answered but, for a recond car.. are the loan rate of a used registered car or a new car?

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara Malaysia has not issued any directive to the banks to raise the hire purchase interest rate for cars.

"There is no directive from (us) to raise car financing rates," a Bank Negara official said on Tuesday, in response to a news report.

The official added that it was the individual banks which determined the borrowers' credit rating history and they also determined the appropriate interest rate.

yes.. meaning those banks saying BNM gave them the greenlight to increase the interest rates are bullshit
