Yes possible. Dont just let the SA submit his/her favour bank. You can request from any bank as well for comparison.

Yes isr25 correct, high limit due to high income or salary. What to worry.

RM54,600 should be loan amount after RM30K deposit then your monthly installment should be RM633.41.

Question about Affin & KFH financing:-

Good only if other banks offer higher rates. Choose the lowest will do.

Wah I got my offer in end of April 2017 at lowest 2.5% (100K 5yr) from HLB. Now already dropped to 2.43%. Not bad....

Higher borrowing amount with maximum period usually can get lower interest rate. Go borrow as much as you can if want low interest.

Shorter period higher interest. If lowest amongst other quated, then take lowest.

Yes but usually bank will give you rebate to pay lesser interest.

NO right or wrong. If you can get better rate than SA, then deal directly with banker & SA won't get intro fee.
