My SA said, if I put 10% d/p:
Can get 2.88 instead of 2.98%(not much different actually)
Bank Islam will take as a normal loan instead of Graduate scheme, but still need supporting document like certification/offer letter.

What do you guys think? Is the interest rate good or fair or high?
