I nak tanya, if loan i da approved. but then I belum amik kereta due to im out station. but then bank kata i dah kene start bayar sbb dealer dah register kereta. Boleh ke nak adjust lg date bayar installment tu? sbb date tu kat tengah2 bulan n i belum ambil kereta lagi..

Ford Kuga Brand new, interest rate quoted by PB 2.9% for 9 years,
from HL 2.65% for 7 years. Now waiting for Ambank and Maybank. anyone here thinks the two figures above is abit too steep? and how to lower the interest rate? higher DP is it? |

Monthly income of at least three times from the monthly hire purchase instalment.
Monthly income = net income after deduct kwsp, other loans??? example: RM4000 salary kwsp 11% - RM440 house loan - RM659 net salary after kwsp + house loan = RM2901 30% of salary = RM967 (monthly loan ability?) above calculation correct or not? Yo peeps just sharing here.
65K loan @ 2.61 % (nego) at Maybank - 7 / 8 / 9 years Wanted to source for more. But looking at things, not much difference nowadays. Unless some lesser known banks comes up with a good interest loan package. Terms apply though. :/ |
