normally thosai they put ghee to give the extra taste. But then if you dont want the oil, ask for Rava Thosai. it is a thin crispy one.
Or the other way you can see the oil is if you ask for Thosai with sugar or planta thosai.

well the white coconut thingy is called Chutney. the white one is plain and the orange ones are the spicy one. that has more kick to it.
