Hi guys i am looking to buy leather sofa in JB, can be Half or Full Leather with recliner. Budget is around 5.5K Max.

I went to few shops

Rozel, Jusco Tebrau - Design is ok but price is...sales person not eager to serve us

Van Hooden, Taman Molek - Design is ok found one that i like around 5.5K (1R+2R+3), sales person says is full leather and is using think leather with 3 yrs warranty on leather and 10yrs on frame. Any one know the reputation is this shop and their after sales service? I kinda like the design*

Rustica, Taman Molek - Found one that i kinda like Rm5.8k (1R+2R+3R), Half leather.

Milan in Johor Jaya - Found one that suit my taste for RM5.3K (1R+2R+3R), Half Leather. Claims Leather cowhide from Brazil? their fabricating factory in desa cemerlang
Also found 7f Marble table+8Chairs for 2.4K which i plan to gets.

Top Ten, Plentong - Design out and price is out

Hup Lee in Johor Jaya - Price is quite exp

Guoca in Molej - Exp and low quality china stuff.

Plans to visit Lorenzo. N any other sugestion as well

Hopefully you all can advise me on their reputation and after sales service.

p.s. I am planning to buy 3 King size matress and 5 King size Bed frame, 3 sets of dressing table, 7F marbe table+ 8 chairs dining set and 2 set of 8-10feet wardrobe as well.

I bought my 2+3 half leather sofa from Milan. Mattress, Bedframe, 5' Marble Dining table from Vanhoden. The marble table is Casarano brand. Lousy service from Vanhoden. I make full payment for my furnitures in mid Dec 2011 & requested them to deliver by 15 Jan 2012. Guess what? They still owe me 6 chairs until today!!!!

jolly sheep, how is the service for milan? i am going to buy from them the marble dining table from them. sofa i am still contemplating rustica or milan half leather both nearly identical of price. how much did you paid for the sofa? 1+2+3 half leather is around 5.3k. all also got recliner.

Rozel currently have promotion

I do agree with Eng_Tat. In my opinion, Rozel Tebrau City has the worst customer service. To Rozel management, please do something about this.
