QUOTE Sir Alex sees you as United's keeper for the next 10 years - is that your goal? Absolutely - let's hope that proves to be the case! Every day I feel more at home here so I can see myself spending my whole career at United. I am very relaxed in England and I like my football here.
You have great reflexes. Do you practise this or is it just a gift? I certainly work hard at it, but I believe something like that is in-born. A singer is born with a great voice, a striker can naturally sniff out a chance and I think a goalkeeper's reflexes are the same.
Who do you get on with best at the club? I get on with all the lads but I guess Chicharito and Antonio Valencia most of all. They were brilliant when I first arrived, translating for me and answering any questions I had. Javier is a real livewire off the field - he lifts every room he walks into and his enthusiasm is infectious.
What music do you enjoy? I like metal and rock bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica. When I put it on in the dressing room, everyone moans! Most of the other players are into hip-hop. I also love This Is The One [by the Stone Roses], the song we come out to at Old Trafford - it gives me a big lift for the game. QUOTE Rooney form thrills Ferguson
Sir Alex Ferguson has praised Wayne Rooney's current hot streak and would be delighted if the Manchester United striker reached 40 goals for the season.
Rooney took his tally for the campaign to 27 in all competitions by netting both goals in Sunday's 2-0 win over West Bromwich Albion which took United back to the top of the Premier League table.
The England international has now scored nine goals in his last six appearances and is on course to surpass his previous best total of 34 for a season.
Ferguson praised Rooney's opening goal against the Baggies as he turned home Javier Hernandez's cross-shot and he is thrilled by the forward's form.
"If he gets to 40, I'll be absolutely delighted because we'll be in business then," Ferguson told MUTV.
"He's on a hot streak and he does these things.
"His first goal was fantastic. I thought he would've been offside because it was so clear but when you see the timing of his run, it was fantastic and a really good finish."
The United manager was pleased with his team's performance against West Brom, but was a little concerned by the failure to score more goals.
He added: "It was a great performance. It took us a bit of time to get the rhythm of our game right but once we got it we played some exciting stuff.
"We could have scored a lot of goals. If there is one criticism, that is it.
"It becomes worrying at 1-0 because if you don't take that second one to take the pressure off then you start to think of all things. Fortunately, we got the second goal but missed chances after that.
"The most important thing was we kept our drive going. We kept trying to score. Every time we were in an attacking situation we tried to score and that is good.
"All over the pitch we produced a sterling performance. There was a real will to win and we're well pleased." http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11...hrills-Ferguson
