- Seen it already, great anime indeed, would say it almost match up with FSN. Watching it again now, for the 3rd time.
- Ongoing anime, seen it. Some of the eps are good, most of them are not atm.

Watched the first ep of Honey & clover, not bad, loled most of the time.

Speed Grapher is not my kind lol. Seen it for few eps, but was not interesting enough for me.

Man, almost everything (FSN related, anime and game screenies) are available.

Too bad no parodies and other stuffs hahahaha.


@Gxen: Shinshen are known to be a little slow, but its definitely worth the wait, and the anime's going to end soon too =(

According to Wiki, its said so. Not much of words from online forums, though. I do wonder. But I don't wanna see this anime dragged too long, because of that "( i don't want it to turn into naruto)" syndrome.

That was mentioned. Actually, if one is really observant, there are dots connected, just need someone (us viewers) to draw the lines.

I think i'm beating a dead horse here, but let's "speculate" what needs to be speculated, refer to what needs to be refered to, and clarify. Even I had questions that I want answers, and I haven't found it.


About Archer as being Shirou, one can draw the lines from the hints given in the story.

The "Red Tea" clue:

Rin likes tea, but Saber loves a particular red tea. Archer is proficient in brewing tea. How Emiya becomes an Enrei is not mentioned / hinted strongly in the story.


Archer vs Shirou vs Saber:
Though his emotions to Saber remains (at least he didn't show the "love", but he remembers to an extent that he did loved her, though its only shown in hints). Somehow he hated his old self, or to be precise, he doesn't see why he was that optimistic about being "defender of justice" (being his past self) to the extent of questioning his old self. Soons, he "rediscover" why, and gives Shirou hints on "tracing sorcery" (about strongest image).



there are others which i missed / forgot.

though if you do read the translated version of the game, it'll give you a good view of Fate Stay Night.

don't stick to one ending, stick to all 3, and you get all sorts of possibilities.



erm sorry for edit, just to add this:


I'm not sure how will this imply, but alot of FSN fans will slaughter TYPE MOON, though i'm okay with the idea.


And for some weird reasons, alot of english speaking (westeners?) FSN fans are pro-UBW and HF (horror, gore) endings, which a lot of japs (maybe not all, but a hell lot) are more pro to Fate route ending.

if Arthur isn't the Saber we all know... then Saber goes back to where the other Servants are right? So she gets her memories completely erased?

looking at the ending, not quite. She went back to her time and still remembers some of her "dream".

as for archer, the biggest clue is that only he and Shirou can do UBW

Same here, I dont want it to be like naruto or bleach. But I dont want it to end soo soon. Minimum eps that I can tolerate is 24, good anime offcourse. But if its all about funny, not much action, prefer it to be 12eps.

Maybe, but that's not the Saber we know.. it's King Arthur. To her it's just a dream.
I'd love to think that's completely not Saber. Because that would mean she didn't die

But where's the real Saber? I've read that she's not like the other Servants, there's where I'm really confused because as far as I know, the anime didn't tell much about that, only that she stayed behind after the previous grail war, so she retains memory of that war.
So would that mean she loses her memory of this war since she returns to where she came from?

Wouldn't it suck if Saber forgets Shirou? It would seem like it's a total one-sided affair to Shirou and he doesn't know it.

Yea, I know how you fell, it hurts me just by thinking about it.

that's why the game has 3 storylines. you need to play all of them to know why the characthers becomes like that.
One thing that was in the game that Saber went back because she felt she needed to be a better ruler, one who have the strength that Shirou showed her. She was delusioned before this by her people, thus that's why she was searching for the Holy Grail.

Basically
Fate - Saber's Story
Unlimited Blade Works - Archer and Rin
Heaven's Feel - Sakura.

You need to play all three to get the whole picture of the story. Just like in Tsukihime.
In UBW we know that Archer was delusioned that he cannot become the hero that Shirou aspired to be, and thus that's why he has a grudge on the real Shirou, as it reminds him of what he wants to become. It also tells us about Rin and how hard she worked to be the best magi of all, which is why she is a bit weird....

The argument of heroes, counter guardians, guardians, throne, etc etc.

man, its like spinning one big round, even those guys come up as far as to actually make own presumptions of what is going around, why this person / that person is acting so and so, etc etc.

and its driving me nuts just to read them all. now what i know about FSN is distorted, tainted.


But the holy grail, is a minor holy grail. Not to mention there are 700++ holy grail around the world. =.=

I would have preferred UBW's good ending with the Fate the anime used...
But this is a good ending, though it gives me a very bitter feeling because of the reasons I stated above....

Does Saber return to the main body and remembers Shirou as a dream? Or does Saber return to the throne of heroes? Since she just vanished, instead of fizzling away like the defeated Servants (including Gil)

Wah a time travel!!! all teh information is classifed j.k.

She volunteerily goes back. unlike all the other servant which are killed.

So Saber returns to her main body? And then she becomes an Eirei? or she goes to Avalon? lol

What are the chances of Saber reuniting with her scabbard? And that wind that hit all the main characters in the epilogue, does that mean they are still closely connected?
My questions never end
