Game Story Plot:

Shirō then asks Kirei Kotomine, the priest in charge of the Grail War, if a way exists to allow Saber a normal life, but Kotomine explains that there is no such way, and it is sarcastically implied that not even the "mighty" Grail could do such a thing, making it not as omnipotent as the stories state.


Fate/stay Night Anime Story Plot:

He had repeatedly told himself and Saber that she is very important to him and nothing could replace her in his heart.

Shirou then asks Kirei Kotomine, the priest in charge of the Grail War, if a way exists to allow Saber a normal life, and Kotomine explains that Saber can receive a second life in this world by drinking the water coming from the Grail, and their body will remain the same and as long as their master live, they will remain in this world.


The Game's ending (Fate route ending):
With no other opposition remaining, Saber and Shirou destroys the contents of the Grail, ensuring the evil within will never be used again.
Saber decides to return to her original time and put an end to the life she knew. Though it pains him, Shirō decides to respect her decision and sees her off. Saber thens says her last word "I love you, Shirou..." before she left (Its hurts me to write this).

Conclusion:
As you can see, the Game Story Plot and the Anime Story Plot are totally opposite. In the Game story plot it states that Kirei Kotomine says that there is NO such way to allow Saber a second life (to remain with Shirou), and not even the "mighty" Grail could do such as thing.

In the Anime story plot, it is clear that Kirei Kotomine explains that there IS a way to allow Saber to receive a second life (to remain with Shirou), and it is by drinking the water coming from the Grail.

So, there is a chance that the ending of the anime could be different from the game's ending. Logically speaking, if the anime were to follow the game's ending, then why not just say that there isn't such way to allow Saber a normal life, right? Why give Shirou or us, Saber fans, the hope that Saber could receive a second life by drinking water coming from the Grail?

By logically analyzing, there is a high chance that the developer has changed the story's ending, maybe due to the fact that the developer knows that if the anime were to follow the game's ending, there will be an uproar from the Saber fans, and that means, sales drop. Lol.

According to some die hard fan forums, there is a small possibility that there will be a sequel (but not an anime series, rather an OVA) which may come up, but not soon.

Saber's Aho-ge
The stupid looking hair that is pointing of Saber's head is actually her weak point. She will turn into Black Saber if it is pulled.

Shiro in FSN:HA was Avenger, after all. The real shiro was not mentioned at all. But there were strong arguments among fans that it was Avenger reliving the life of Shirou, instead of what I "suggested" in the first line of this spoiler.
