Um yeah. Ignoring all that.

Some dude from India in checkrom thread said about an hour to go till the 4 hours time is up, which was posted some time ago, so hopefully under an hour or an hour we can start downloading? tongue.gif

I like the stuff, just not the colours. Much prefer the ICS theme over the default grey and green one. I started to hate the Samsung colour scheme when I saw even the cheapest Waves when the series was just launched had the same colours. Green and black is not bad, but green and grey is like Rebecca Black  tongue.gif
*
Think you can just flash themes to change that right

Just checked out the Check ROM v6 screen shots... It looks very plain and normal like Stock ROM.... Hmm.. How come some of you are so excited? .. Am I missing something?

Sorry, I have not tried Check ROM before.
*
It's stable/fast/smooth etc.

Easy to theme also if you think it's plain via their kitchen app (sorta like a one stop app which can let u browse themes/mods/etc and download and flash).

Plus we're looking forward to swiping away pesky notifications laugh.gif

No problem at all. Be sure to wipe your Voltage Control boot options before flashing. I can the UV values when I was with Siyah without problems.

Also, first boot will hang. Might be some problems with the placement of boot init files. Just restart and it'll be ok.
*
Ah see your siggie has changed biggrin.gif

Hmm so get rid of voltage boot settings, flash Neak, reboot (it'll hang?) and then redo the voltage settings?

Oh on the subject, what's your opinion of this? Specifically the UC and UV of low power state gpu

I already have it for bolt_scripts/cpugputune.

Take note that you need to tune it yourself. Or you can use Voltage Control to do it.
*
Ah okie. Think vc is easier for me tongue.gif

Been using those gpu settings + slightly more aggresive cpu (copied yours actually when you posted it here) settings on siyah. Should be fine on Neak right (when I finally give it a go)

do I need to tweak/tune the voltage to get good battery life? really have no idea what/how to tweak sweat.gif
*
Download voltage control, user friendly interface.

And in terms of manually deciding what suits you, can read pika's thread on how to do it right/test

I use the cpugputune when I'm on Siyah. That's because Voltage Control doesn't have the 3 steps of GPU.
*
Ohhhh.

Erm actually I looked back at the files, where to find cpugputune in your pack? unsure.gif

In bolt_scripts.

Yup. The UV section is pretty easy. Read the changelog for ThunderBolt!. It has some instructions there too.

Under the sd card folder right?

Hmm I see CFS folder (has stuff in there I have no idea what), remount folder, touchscreen folder, drop and sqlite.
