agree. there's an option for you to buy with cash doesn't mean YOU HAVE TO BUY THEM.

1 round of bronze MP already give me roughly 15000 credits, which enuf for me to buy 3 newb (recruit) pack, 2 rounds already can afford to buy the Veteran Pack ($1) and 2 bloody newb pack if I want.

You get enough credit to purchase those packs even without paying EA anything. Seriously, somebody should just get their brain checked before writing a stupid article like that. It is just like saying playing TF2 (free game) cost me USD5000 coz I need to buy a PC, 6 monitors, a nice table, a nice chair, and get whatever item x 99999 in the game.

now go to the gamersgate page, focus your mind on the price, then let the force guide your mouse and click click click..

then come back to this tered and scream : OMFG, I ter-buy DE:HR, FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  thumbup.gif

My 2 cents bout buying those EA pack. For some people why play for the pack when there is short cut, u can always buy it. I got frens that actually spends hundreds of ringgit on MU online random chest just because they can afford and save them time. Some people dun wan to grind, they wan to win, so pay to win. My take is as long as there is alternative way to gain it in-game then it is fine. The article also indirectly inform ppl no point in paying the packs, coz it is not worth it with the item you gained vs price. You can always gain it from playing/grinding but then again need more time. At least ME2 the DLC unlocks the weapons directly after paying, not like ME3 pack unlock random weapons.. So they pushing the boundaries of what can or cannot be accepted.

Close gamersgate tab and read something else.. whistling.gif

Just like Crates in TF2! Pay to gamble FTW!

Anyways Steam just slapped on a promotion on Football Manager 2012, I'm not interested in that, but I like what they did with the promo. Its 60% off, but 75% as if a gift if you already own it.
That's a pretty sweet deal, I wouldn't mind gifting games to my friends if they do that to some nice games.

Don't think it is region-locked but can't be sure - office blocks Steam but not GGate =/

Damn, if it is really just 7.50 - that's another game to get.

First time Amazon buyer here - just curious, I am at the billing address page now - do I use my credit card billing address (M'sia) or do I put the fake US address here?

OR this game is not buy-able via fake billing address?
