Da heck is wrong with PosMalaysia,every time they sent my package,they always told me I was not available in the tracking system,I was sitting in front of the house for the whole time,plus they didnt even left a paper or receipt for my package..is the tracking system is wrong or PosMalaysia is too lazy?

Why don't you contact your nearest post office and ask them what's the problem? What method of post you using?

What method of postage did you use?
I haven't had much problems with Registered Post tracking number for all these years.

Have you tried to call them instead of use their online tracking service? The online tracking system is usually updated later.

the posmen is lazy , last time when i asked, they said forgot to bring the receipt of the package, but 3 times in a row(i check on the tracking system but they put 3 times fail delivery because recipient not available at the time of delivery). i told them got number on my parcel but why they didnt call, then they just silenced.

still depend on which pos center, on my house area, skynet is horrible. pos laju still ok so far, no problem yet.

IMO it depends on who's working at your area. I suggest calling and making a official complaint, then make sure you followup your complaint. Call them again after some time and ask them what action did they take to rectify.

I'm lucky that I've had really good delivery people at my areas (both before and after I've moved house). Those who can recognize me one often make my life a lot simpler by calling me with their personal hp when I'm not around to see whether they can toss the parcel into the house or not, and a couple of times when I was out for a while, and my parcel has fragile items, they will finish their round and come back again in the evening when I'm back at home d, just to personally deliver my parcels.

Im going to make a report about this if they still wont realize their service is really damn poor..my area everyone is lazy here..oh,how do u want to make them send my package again for the 2nd time?

Call or email them, ask for 2nd delivery.

I never have any problem with poslaju so far.

I just found out the Posmen went to my neighbour's house instead of mine..what an idiot =__=..Im sure I wrote my address and my home number right..so what should I do to make they know that they send the right home?
