Evra just reminded me what a knob he is there after the final whistle.
Anyway back on topic, Lineup looks strong and a fit Bac I guess is still way ahead of le Coq. So we can say that on paper this lineup looks stronger than the one against Blackburn. 3 points please tqverymuch |

CLASS IS PERMANENT LAZINESS IS TEMPORARY.
Please prove me and everyone wrong, Arshavin. Touch of class from the Russian with that lovely cross. When he came on he looked fitter, fresher as compared to earlier season. Maybe the long hiatus from playing has done him good. I still believe he could be a very useful player for us over the course of this season. |

QUOTE(Mikken @ Feb 12 2012, 01:02 AM) QUOTE(vanpersie91 @ Feb 12 2012, 01:05 AM) I don't think we can criticize Sunderland for it though. Yes it does leave a sour taste in the mouth but sportsmanship isn't part of the rule book. It wasn't a head injury so the game should go on. Its just pure bad luck on our side. |

QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Feb 12 2012, 10:40 PM) Vermaelen not enjoying role This IMO is pretty stupid from Vermaelen. Everyone knows and he of all people should know its so damn obvious he is only there due to injuries to ALL our left backs and now with Mertesacker out as well he is guaranteed to get back his CB spot at least for the foreseeable future. Even if Mertesacker isn't injured and we have our left backs I'd still fancy Arsene to drop either Mertesacker or Koscielny in favor for Vermaelen. Arsenal defender 'fed up' with playing at left-back http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11...t-enjoying-role This was unnecessary and pretty unprofessional. If he is afraid he might be deployed as an LB permanently he should be having a word in private with the Boss instead. |

Well its pretty obvious that Gervinho is crap at penalties since he was the 9th penalty taker. But oh well...

Lol what can I say man. Totally clueless and totally spineless. Our lot looked intimidated from the off and has been since. Pretty disappointed with Arsene's team selection as well.
So where are the Per haters now? As much as you can complaint about him he actually brings balance to the defense. Koscielny and Vermaelen is just too similar and it is showing. |

QUOTE(Quick` @ Feb 16 2012, 04:42 AM) hmm, Milan is really solid I may sound like sour grapes here but sorry I don't think they have shown to be solid nor have they been overly impressive or pretty much tested. It is our sorry lot out there who have been much poorer than usual.they defend with 7 men, atk with their deadly trio boateng-robinho-ibra There is a goal in us, Arsene wenger gotta alter his tactics, perhaps attack from the center now that they scored 2 we need that vital away goal And not to mention our ridiculous injuries. Same old same old again. We finally get our fullbacks back and now we lose all our centerbacks. All in a space of grand total of 2 games. Depending on the extent of Koscielny's injury I fear for fourth. We all know what Djourou is capable of and so far in the first half today Vermaelen has shown his ability is not quite up to the level of his b*tching. At least at the end of the day we will still make a profit as our model does not depend on European success

QUOTE(JuzFriend @ Feb 16 2012, 05:49 AM) Did you not detect the slightest bit of sarcasm within my post? Clearly you have missed Gazidis come out several times over the past year declaring that even without trophies and Champions League football we will still be making profits as our business model allows so |

More pics of our 12/13 home jersey leaked. This time a closeup. This latest pic appears consistent with the pic a forummer posted earlier only that the collar and sleeves are Dark Obsidian. The stripe on the sleeves and collar looked black in the previous picture the forummer posted but probably it just looked black due to the poor picture quality.
Sigh whoever designed this from Nike should be hanged...but I'm gonna still buy it anyway depending on how the away one looks. ![]() |
