how about steering vibrate when litle bit turn at below 100km/h, but no vibration in streight for any speed, ? whats wrong? hmm.gif

done alignment edi,

after cornering, normally when released, power assisted steering will back to straight position one mah, my steering is lari a few degrees to the left one if it is a left turn and lari right if its a right turn. have to manually steer it in order to go straight.

@Cavino:

An update about the steering bushing, if you go to Proton SC, if the didn't find cracking at your bushings, they wont change for you. Instead they will add some rubber rings in the steering rack. The result will be a more stiffer steering and of coz the amount of freeplay is greatly reduced.

Now my steering is 99.99% straight when released.

bro i got the same problem like u, rubber ring like o-ring bushing?
Thinking to change super pro, but scared it loose back again..

I also not sure how the rubber looks like. The guy just told me that their solution to that problem will be adding some rubber next to the existing rubber on the steering rack bushing. Then when I get back my car, steering feels so nice, tight and heavy, Feels so fun to drive back and left a tyre mark while cornering at a DUKE intersection. tongue.gif

make sure your arms are prepared with nerves of steel when you send in for service. after they hand over the car, steering heavy like mad. Feels macam handling power up by one only. haha

i thought he was referring to that little basket people usually put on a dog snout to prevent them from biting people.

heavy steering is good. It provides confidence when attacking a corner. laugh.gif
