Anyone brought the Oakleaf townhouse ? Is it good for own stay ? Is there any school within Sierra ? Anyone can share ?

Drove around 16 sierra during the evening time, the environment is quite and peaceful, but shocked and scary to see there were plenty of crow nested on those tree infront of La Thea, up to Sierra 8 and Sierra 1, anyone know since when this issue happended ? Will this impact the property price in long run ?
