Agent was telling me it will be launch on June 2012 .
While i don't see any progress until now about this project . So any update from your side ?

Just ask any business man , nobody will say YES for this location & access road .

The access road from
* TPM , bukit jalil highway . Unconfirm

* Jalan PBS 14/2 , alot of abandoned factory ,no kopitiam no restaurant nearby .

conclusion :
if you got no cash on hand now & u want to get a house for stay . this might be ok for you because of 1% d/p
if you want to invest , this COG is way way risky than other's development .

but if proposal fail , students rather stay at b.jalil condo which opposite b.jalil stadium .

6. So why project name under Bukit jalil since it's at selangor ? should be COG @ bukit Serdang instead Bukit Jalil

So i would rather believe those 'fake' news is spreaded by developer their own .

a very narrow road pass thru from factory area there, only 1 car allowed on the road due to residence at apartment there park their car beside the road .

& i believe TPM won't simply agreed witih their proposal one *to connect their condo with TPM

not really has 2 way lane after residences park their car at both side of the road , i'm not sure it's illegal parking or what .

i went there once , my agent's car is just infront me .
and when leaving , i can only make a reverse turn at guard house of the apartment
so that my agent's car can reverse her car as well too .

clearly remember there's only 1 car can fit on middle of road due to illegal parking on the side of road

Probably TPM will closed at 12am , and you'll need to drive from Bukit Serdang to enter COG
