EDIT: Too early to celebrate. Just now, I tried to remove 3 magnet transfer from the list by using 'remove and trash data'. Then a message about "server not responding" came out. Now I cant login again.

Good morning, 6.55 AM = Manage to login again. You are testing the ubuntu iso eh? 6.58am, ubuntu iso is removed  I think I know what caused the crash in my case. First, I was trying to remove 3 dead magnet links from list by using 'Trash data & remove from list'. Since Transmission was unable to find the files to be trashed (after all, those are dead magnet links), it just either hang or crash. If remove using 'Remove from list', it wont crash.
