what's that?

It is said and believe that it will remove all unwanted scripts from previous kernels. Here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1363738

I only used this recently. Recommended to use before you flash new kernel but not compulsory.

hello..

I don't know whether you all have this experience before:

My gf using S2 (white), her S2 always hang and she always need to unplug her battery and put it back to restart it.

I wonder what is going wrong with her S2...

Nothing is wrong, my friend..
We are all in the same boat...
I have experienced it so many times..
Until it is as though that hanging and taking off and replacing the battery is just an everyday affair..
So no worries, its just the way of life..
Samsung makes it so..
Hope S3 won't have this problem anymore...

hanging EVERYDAY isn't normal at all!!
be it g or non g.
my 3310 would be a better phone than a phone that hang everyday and need to replace batter now and then.

Questions you need to ask yourself.

1. Do you have black market apps?
2. Do you undervolt
3. Do you overclock
4. Do you...mess around with tweaks on your phone

So, unless you can answer this, then we could find an answer for you. At least, a solution.

Actually I would say most problem can be solved simply by wiping data on phone. Zzz...but of course, that is the FINAL step if everything doesn't work.

Added on February 6, 2012, 2:10 amGuys confirmed. THose using ReadPill v1.2, probably you would go into deep sleep having bolt_siyah on your init.d. Removing it solved the problem. Of course, thanks to Antt00 previously for telling me this biggrin.gif

Added on February 6, 2012, 2:16 amAlso, is Androidmeda's website down? Can't seem to be able to connect to it for some weird reasons.
