%#@$%@^^$%
RM700 lost instantly just like that... navi set same as the one inside ori 2.0 navi?
bt i tot outside can do it for 2k+... so your SA pocket the 2k themselves?
*
Dunno ori or not, but I suspect is not ori laa...but he said wont void warranty wor....
He said if do cheap one, eg rm2000, the top LCD cannot use Edi, then the USB port will not from the Handrest. He said his set is actually plug and play one....

Anyone got led door step original supplier?

QUOTE(alexio82 @ Aug 20 2012, 08:42 PM)
My SA told me can be done and wont void warranty but is made in China and is of inferior type compared to the stock one. blink.gif
*
what is the brand and price? How come so many version from our SA one? I think they are all getting outsource and claim won't void warranty...not original one... rclxub.gif

Speaking from my own experience... dun bother to get stuff from the SA, they just outsource it to the accessories shops and get a cut of the profit.

Ownself settle la.. once u get the car.
*
But how about warranty? I hope people here who mod their car can share the price for reference.

New here.

Just booked a civic hybrid. The SA showed me the new navi package at RM4k. Papago, 7.5 in display, reverse camara, BT, etc. Made in Taiwan. Look kind of cool.

Better deal than the Navi in 2.0 Navi. The new navi only available in around mid Sept.

Update:
Did an online check just now, the navi is identical to the one in http://causestar.en.alibaba.com/product/51...ar_dvd_gps.html. So better check on the warranty with the SC.
*
I think we have been quoted the same navi, but I was quoted 4.3k, mad.gif vmad.gif

I am not sure how Honda come out with the 39MPG, whether the way they test is it the same with other manufacture?

iq_myst is right, lower speed does not mean better MPG, but I know 80kmh - 100kmh is the most efficient speed.

Another thing is, it is always more accurate to calculate the km/l yourself rather than rely on the computer.

Hybrid civic clock 14km/liter, need to get better.

just got my civic hybrid. Noticed loud noise coming from the tyres on certain roads. Wonder those Dunlop Sport 300 tyres are suitable for our road conditions & weather
*
I also notice there is motor sound whenever I press break

motor sound coming from the bonnet? Have u escalate the issue to HM?
*
Coming from front....I always thought this is normal? It sound like something "activated" whenever I press break. It sounds like a small motor spinning for about 3 seconds.

Somemore my car sometimes when I press emergency break, my car body will have one "kreaaak" sound, it came from right rear passenger seat, below the car. I'm pretty sure this kreaaak sound is abnormal.

could it be the charging motor? i think u better check with HM mechanics on the abnormal sounds

anyone driving civic hybrid already done 1000km preventive maintenance?
*
If I Break between short distance, there is no "motor sound" but if I have been drive constantly about 3 minutes, the "motor spinning sound" will back when I press break. The body "kreaaak" sound also complain by my other colleague, they ask me "aiyooo, this is not new car meh? How come the body will got sound one", I was facepalm. doh.gif

I have been driving very gentle without hitting any hole/uneven road Leh....

Group booking anyone?
Locktech carlock Enterprise : Price estimated RM350 - 360.
Sierra Glow : Try to ask if they can give more discount by booking together.

Interested, provide ur details =) Will try to ask only, no guarantee but I think the more order, the better discount we can get.
*
Count me in for both lock and SG.

Anyone want flyaudio group booking navigation system? Rm4k

Does it really improve the noise by changing the tyres? I also cannot tahan the noise from the front tyres

I'm thinking to change to Toyo Proxes C-1S

My driver seat power windows kaput dy. Really disappointing with this Made in Japan Quality
*
I also disappointed with my Cbu unit from Japan, every first time go thru a bonggol, there is a very obvious kreeeeeaaaaakk sound from somewhere in the body structure of my car, that's not normal. I have told my sc during 1000km inspection, they said need to book appointment on weekdays. I have no free time to do that at the moment..the weird thing is, it only have that sound when first time go thru bonggol, after second time, there is no sound.
