This is the problem here - the previous gen's Civic design was so avantgarde during its release. Honda has already got their customer's expectations running and expects a radically different design - and when it doesn't, it falls short from the customer's expectations.
This is exactly why when you see concept cars released a few years later, the design would be noticeably be toned down. It's for its future successor to be not caught in this situation. |

i think the fact it look uncle is exactly the idea
they want to attack toyota altis market but i doubt they can get close to anything as boring and ugly as the altis. |
