Avb only suited to be an opposition scout, the reason why i say this is because look at the amount of data he has before playing them. He is so obsessed with this and he forgoten that he needs human touch with the people around him i.e. players, his assistants, physio etc. when he detached the tactics, the capabilities, the talent he has at his disposals then it will be disaster. Look at how many times he did questionables substitution, how many times he played players at the wrong position at the wrong time and form (this may due to the player power tho). He may get the tactics right but does he has the players to play the tactic? He stubbornes to stick with his 4-3-3 high line has many times disappoint him. Then he switched to 4-2-3-1, it worked sometimes but most often than not he got the players selection wrong (ok, one can argue that his selection is based on the training session before hand), hes not able to constantly play the players according to their form i.e. oreo (i dont see anyone can stamp on authority on his position as DM).

Take on from the other side, by sacking him the new manager that comes in will for sure employ yhe old guard again, banking on their experience to get the job done. Where will be the chance for youngsters? How many times we did change our managers and they employ the youngsters bar CA (he did used josh in champions league). in case youre wondering, i do fancy JM returning to the bridge but he has the worst record of using youngsters from the club academy (if u guys have differing opinion please enlighten me).

This may be longest posting if made so far.

ya..it's true.  but penalty also no confidence to try, how to perform well in other time? sigh~

taking a penalty shot is not an easy task by the way... the pressure to score is much more than trying to score from open play or set-pieces... being so low morally (by not scoring since errr forever), he felt that he is not the right person to take it...

Bleh who need strikers. We've got Iva and DL.

If in deed there is some truth in it, no matter how tempting it is, personally I would rather stick to RDM. maybe hes trying to distort our rhythm by playing mind games and make our dressing room unsettle again.

Sorry about the confusion I guess tongue.gif. Ultrasurf is a software. Just download it at your home and bring it to office in a pen drive. Or send to your email in a zip file or something. No installation. The speed is a bit on the slow side, so watching YT is a PITA. It also crashed A LOT. At which point you only have to rerun it.

Thanks man... I'll pass on that, nanti tak buat kerja... biggrin.gif

What a game for Borussia Dortmund.....

That Jurgen Klopp guy is simply amazing with his tactical. If he wins the German league again, he's on two consecutive champion manager. I wonder if Roman can steal him with big money of course.....doubt he'll reject like he did earlier.....MONEY RULZ!!!  rclxms.gif

If the current old guard remains, he wont be successful in chelsea... proven with scolari, AVB
