nope, the hacked version is released long time ago. Since December iinm. I've installed it since the first day it came out, and its been for awhile already, but still I prefer to use the stock keyboard 80% of the time.

That's imo the best way to use Swype, type in hybrid, I used to be only Swype user when using my HTC Desire. Since upgraded to GNex, I tried using both stock keyboard and Swype alternatively, in the end stock keybaord win me over, its that good. However sometimes when I have to type a more formal message, with long words, I'll use Swype

TRUE, but not everyone wants to flash a phone just to make it work.
I don't think it should be this way either. So hopefully the coming update can fix all these issues.

hmm, subjective.

Curve screen is what makes the phone looks different than the rest of Android phones, and that SP is not a must. I have not applied SP since day 1, and my screen is still flawless.

Battery life is generally on par with every other high end Androids, I don't see what's the problem. My phone generally last me 1 day at least.

The only critics that I'd consider valid is the lack of SD card, and the low volume speaker, other than that, its up to personal usage and opinion.

this is actually a brilliant implementation, they did not just simply follow every single white phone out there. Too bad most people can't see this fact.

also you forgot about the LED notification, which is invisible with the black bezel. What if with the white bezel, you see a black dot that is the LED? That would be... ugly as fu-
