Wanna find ppl clean my KNN drop in filter, add UR front strut bar and Denso Iridium plug...

Just now found one shop, got sell UR bar, but when i ask him whether got clean KNN filter, he said: "filter tu tembak macam biasa ja"...ask him reoil, he seems like know nothing....what the shame, sell but dun know the after service...no confident at all...

Hi to all sifus here. Need your opinion. For CVT, the L mode usually use in going downhill to maximize the engine braking. I seldom use it as i mostly drive in the city. Today, i accidentally shift mine into L mode instead of D.
No wonder my car felt more powerful and faster in pick up and acceleration.  But i didn't notice anything as the speaker was loud so i didn't aware of the engine sound as well. When i reach home and ready to park my car, then only i realized i was driving in L mode all the while.  So i was wondering is it ok to drive in L mode as long as he RPM does not go beyond the limit? Or will it damage my transmission and engine?
This is the 1st time but kinda worried it will cause lot of damage to my car. Please advice

regarding the L mode,

my gear, when i slot into L , and i want to slot to D.... no matter how softly i try to slot it in.... it will automatically slot all the way to N

too soft it doesnt budge , too hard, it slots all the way to N

anybody experiecing this ?

i slot it without pressing the button though... havent tried slotting into D by pressing shud try and see if it is better
