Budget to set up Mini Marine Aquarium

Hi
I would like to set up a mini marine fish and coral aquarium for my new house. Well i wanted the spec to be small (<2ft) of in a nano tube. I prefer a simple and look nice. by the way for example if i have to set up the aquarium as the photo below, how much should i allocate my budget?  |
