It seems like they want us to submit the new and the old version together because the Borang Pengesahan Maklumat is mentioned twice in that login webpage (after we have logged in our ID).

They also mentioned No 6. Kajian Cadangan Penyelidikan (Lampiran B) - jika berkaitan. I have no idea what is this.

If they already mentioned No 3. Rancangan Penyelidikan (proposal) yang telah disahkan oleh penyelia, then what is No 6.?

Someone asked the same question in the MyBrain Facebook site.

The reply was if you were not asked to fill up the Borang Pengesahan Maklumat when you applied a few months ago, then you do not need to fill up now.

The new requirement is only for the new applicants.

And I found the answer to my question too. Someone asked the same question in Facebook.
Those who filled in using the old version of the Borang Pengesahan Maklumat have to send back the old version. No need to refill the new version.

I believe new MyMaster applicants now have to fill in the Borang Pengesahan Status/Maklumat.

If you did not fill in previously when you applied online, then you're exempted from it. This is the reply I read from facebook.

But then there was another reply saying that the requirement for MyMaster applicants to fill in that Borang Pengesahan Status has been enforced since August. Maybe a different officer said this.

Then I'm not sure already.

By right, if you were not asked to fill in when you applied, then no need to fill in.

Yes, I used to work and resigned recently.

I sent only the surat pengesahan berhenti kerja via scan copy when I applied.

I sent both (certified photocopies) when I submitted together with the Perjanjian to Putrajaya.

I asked before. If they require any documents from you, they will call you.

You can send it if they call you. I think it's better to wait until they call you.

If you haven't received the offer yet, then of course you have to pay the fees first.

Once, you have received the offer, take these documents to your University's bursary to claim back the money:

1. Original fees receipt (You can keep one photocopy for yourself)
2. Offer Letter from MyBrain
3. Your details (name and Bank Islam account number) Or easier, just attached the photocopy of your Bank Account Number taken from Bank Islam.

Your university will then use these documents to liaise with MyBrain Unit in Putrajaya.

It's best to do it as soon as you receive the offer.

Wait..... and MyBrain will bank in the money to your Bank Islam account.

From the dates you provided, I can see that your Sem 1 fees are covered by the scholarship, so you can take those documents to the Bursary in USM (the building opposite the USM dental clinic).

MyBrain (not USM) is the one who will reimburse the fees you paid earlier.

For my case, I need to open a Bank Islam account to receive the money.

Since you are under MyMaster, I'm not sure how they can reimburse you the money because someone has mentioned earlier in this thread that those under MyMaster will never see the money. Maybe others who are under MyMaster from this thread can help to clarify whether you need to open an account with Bank Islam.

Tarikh proposal penyelidikan diluluskan oleh universiti/fakulti (sertakan surat pengesahan)

Does it refer to the approval of the proposal during the initial registration or after the proposal defence?

I believe MyBrain now requires that students who have enrolled only are eligible to apply.

You might want to confirm the recent requirement that only students who have accepted the offer from their universities and registered at the respective universities are allowed to apply for MyBrain.

Your friend can be your referee.
