Nope you can't do it with ES file explorer. i think you need to flash again to disable it but i not very sure

What did you flashed from recovery?

Yes suffer battery drain recently, sometime my usage ram up to 590+ ma, not sure what is running in the background

Hmmm, saw this on xda http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1526496, is the final release for ICS? only come with Sense 3.6?

We not recommend using any task manager, android is good in handling your ram

If it is true then is a good news for us

Do you rooted your phone? If yes, then just charge it until full, press the calibration button then unplug your phone from the charger and you are done.

Hmmm... i had done battery calibration again but it seem my battery still drain very fast recent days, most of the time my phone stay idle

You update your firmware via bootloader not recovery, place your firmware zip file under root of your sd card then boot into bootloader then it will update itself.

No battery calibration won't make your battery drain faster, recently i suffered from battery drain as well sometime my phone idle my battery usage will ram up to 600 ma ++

Try monitor your battery life for a few days and see, do you install facebook apps from market? try uninstall it and see whether your battery life improve
