the problem is after reboot the ring will be back?

If you can reboot then you can perform nandroid restore.

how to do nandroid restore?
choose recovery from Hboot?

Usually we do a nandroid backup before we flash anything right, so under recovery select 'restore & backup'->restore->restore from your earlier backup.

yes its there....after recovery its stuck at HTC screen wont go to BEAT screen....

only 4EXT recovery havet done.cus i unable to boot to home screen now.
